The accommodation is located on the second floor of a building with lift and can host up to 5 people.
Please note that there is a step to access the structure. The building is located in the historic center (Traffic Restricted Area), a few steps from the main monuments of the city. The property consists of double bedroom, single bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and balcony. The internal space is organized as follows: - BEDROOM I with double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and split A/C; - BEDROOM II with single bed, wardrobe, desk with chair and split A/C; - LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (for 2 people), 39" SMART TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C and access to the balcony; - KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kitchenware and small dining table with chairs; - BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC; - LAUNDRY with water softener and washing machine; - BALCONY (access from the living room). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning via split (3 splits), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board. The internal courtyard is shared with the residents. ATTENTION: Pets allowed on request for a supplement. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Alternatively, you can take the bus from the "Stazione ferroviaria" stop to the "Viale Mentana Ufficicomunali" stop, about a 3-minute walk from the property. - If you are traveling by car, parking is not included.
However, it is possible to park for a fee on the street (blue lines) or at the "Fratti Duc" garage in via Largo Torello de Strada 11, a 5-minute walk from the property.

Accomodation is spacious and clean, location is top tier great, 10minutes from the old centre,
despite being late to check in and a little bit annoying beforehand, the staff did great at being on standby all the time and provide us with everything we required

La struttura ha una posizione ottima. Si può raggiungere il centro della città a piedi in pochi minuti. Nei dintorni dell’appartamento ci sono tutte le attività commerciali di cui si ha bisogno.
L’unico neo che potremmo segnalare è che non si possono accedere 2 elettrodomestici contemporaneamente, altrimenti scatta l’interruttore della corrente.

Location.
The apartment's location and the apartment itself were very good, but the person staying there lacked access to basic amenities like morning coffee or a shower (there was no small bottle of shampoo or two coffee capsules); replacing the dirty sponge wouldn't have cost too much.
