The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 70 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent in Ondres, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
It has a lovely 31 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden.

The accommodation comprises - 31 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200), hotel-quality mattress - Bedroom 2: with two single beds (90×90) that can be joined together to form a king-size bed, hotel-quality mattress - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A 5x3m swimming pool (private, unheated) open from May to October (salt water pool). - A lovely 40 m² enclosed and private garden - A 35 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather - A second 11 m² north-facing terrace The house is ideally located in Ondres, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport links : If you are coming by car, a private parking space is available in the house car park.
You will also find additional parking spaces in the development.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Cycle path less than a minute away. - Nearest train station: Ondres TER station about 10 minutes away. - Nearest airport: Biarritz airport, about 12 km away.
