Located directly across from the Château de Lourmarin and next to the departmental road, this home is just a three-minute walk from the shops and restaurants of Lourmarin.
This single-story house also features an upper floor dedicated to a workspace.
Set on a 3,000 m² plot, including a small wooded area, pétanque court, and a well-maintained garden, it offers a beautiful outdoor space while being almost in the center of the village. Living Spaces & Layout Living and dining area: A welcoming ambiance with antique furniture, exposed beams, and a fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen: A perfect blend of old-world charm and modern conveniences. Library: A spacious area ideal for reading and relaxation. Winter Garden / Orangery: A bright, plant-filled space, perfect for enjoying the Provençal climate year-round. Bedrooms Bedroom 1: Double bed (140 x 180 cm). Bedroom 2: Double bed (140 x 180 cm). These two bedrooms share an independent bathroom and have access to a separate guest toilet. Bedroom 3: Two single beds (80 cm each, can be combined into a 160 cm bed). Bedroom 4 (walk-through room): Spacious, connected to Bedroom 3, with its private shower room and toilet. Outdoor Space & Amenities Saltwater swimming pool (12 m x 4 m), secured with both an alarm and a safety barrier, featuring stair access and a ladder. Pétanque court, perfect for enjoying friendly games under the Provençal sun. Stone fountain in front of the house, adding to the charm. Large 3,000 m² landscaped garden, including a small wooded area, ideal for relaxing or hosting outdoor meals. Location & Specific Conditions Located in the heart of Lourmarin, just a three-minute walk from shops and restaurants. Next to the departmental road, providing easy access but with some road noise nearby. Pets: Only cats are allowed. Amazing stay in Lourmarin with our whole family and new baby. Emmanuelle kept in great contact throughout to make the stay smooth and the house itself was gorgeous as was the pool! Easy 4 minute walk into the center of the village.

Fabulous property and wonderful facilities. Really enjoyed our stay. Definitely looking at coming back!! Only thing was having to remove all the rubbish on checkout as checked out Saturday and bins emptied on Friday so had to sort that out which was a shame as not easy.

Very beautiful house, decorated with taste, with fantastic view to Lourmarin castle and village. Lovely garden only B-mol a very traficated road runs along , but quiet on opposite side of house , where you enjoy fountain when eating outside, 5/10 minutes walk to town, baker and butcher as well. We had a lovely stay .
