Comfortable apartment of approximately 120 m2 which can accommodate up to 7 guests, located a short distance from the centre, the ferry terminal and the Mirabello Port, ideal for visiting the enchanting Cinque Terre.
Within walking distance, you can also enjoy a beautiful walk along the seafront.
Furthermore, thanks to the proximity to the central station, reachable in just 10 minutes on foot, you have easy access to further tourist destinations and services in the city. The 120 m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT A LIFT and is composed as follows: - KITCHEN CORNER with benches and dining table, induction hob, little fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster; - LIVING ROOM with sofa and TV; - ROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and fan; - ROOM II with French double bed, single bed, wardrobe and fan; - ROOM III with double bed, wardrobe and fan; - BATHROOM I equipped with wc, bidet, sink and shower cubicle; - BATHROOM II equipped with wc, bidet, sink and shower cubicle - BALCONY with access from the living room; - LAUNDRY AREA with dryer and washing machine. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited WIFI, independent heating, split A/C in the living room, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
Towels and bed linen included. OTHER THINGS TO KNOW: - The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in; - No lift (stairs to reach the apartment); - A/C present ONLY in the living room (NO in the bedrooms). 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We use this procedure to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy. You can find all the information on the official website of accommodatetiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 n.74). Summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings. Winter, the weighted average of air temperatures should not exceed 20°C. PLEASE NOTE: - A security deposit of EUR 300 is required. You will be asked to make the payment via the Guest Portal. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days of check-out. The apartment is located in a strategic position, ideal for every move and type of stay.
A stone's throw away is Porto Mirabello and the ferry terminal, perfect for visiting the wonders of the area, such as Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. The city center can be reached on foot and offers a variety of cultural attractions of notable importance such as the Lia Museum, the San Giorgio Castle, the CAMEC (Museum of Modern Art), the naval museum.
The seaside promenade, also in the immediate vicinity, gives the opportunity to walk while admiring a suggestive landscape from its well-kept public gardens.
All the essential services are within reach: bars, supermarket and pharmacy are in fact within 150 metres. Bus stop 150 meters away: direct lines to the train station, the ferry station, Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro. TRAIN STATION: 10 minute walk - Trains to Cinque Terre, Pisa, Florence, Rome, Lucca, Milan FERRY STATION: 10 minute walk from the apartment - Ferries to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Palmaria, Lerici. Appartement spacieux confortable pour 6 personnes.
Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser le lave vaisselle par manque de vaisselle (3 cuillères à café - 5 verres à eau - 3 verres à pieds- 8 assiettes plates -5 grandes tasses pour le petit déjeuner idem pour les couteaux) nous étions 6 adultes cela nous a obligé de laver tout à la main. C'est décevant.

L'appartement est confortable et spacieux.
3 belles chambres et 2 salles de douche rénovées
Le canapé est un peu petit pour 6 personnes, mais il est confortable.
Il manque 1 torchon de cuisine et un serviette main dans les salles de douche....sinon tout est bien 👍🏻
Très bon séjour en dehors de ces petits inconvénients

L’emplacement. L’appartement spacieux. Le fait d’avoir 2 salles de bain
Le ménage mal fait ( papier au sol, poussière sous les lits, carrelage mural de douche pas nettoyé)
Les lavabos des 2 salles de bain bouchés à notre arrivée. Nous arrivons réussi à en déboucher un, mais pas l’autre.
Manque de verres et de petites cuillères (3 cuillères pour 6 personnes , 5 verres identiques pour 6)
