Initial meeting with collecting keys from local shop was not good. Girl was not welcoming at all. Local pub next door very noisy and lots of drunk people outside upon arrival. We liked the layout of the property. When speaking with the host over text and phone call, they seemed genuinely nice and helpful. The bathroom was nice. A 24HR shop just down the street.
We booked Ann Cottage Retreat for 8 people, but the property only had 3 double beds and no extra bedding — no sheets, pillows, or duvets provided. The house itself was acceptable structurally, but it was dirty: dead bugs on the window sills and food debris on the pull-out sofa, which we assumed was ...
