This comfortable single-family home on the wild and quiet North coast of La Coruña, very well connected, with views of the spectacular surfing beach of Pantín (3Km), is a fully renovated property and carefully decorated for holiday enjoyment.
A very complete dream house, with its terraces, private, enclosed and intimate garden, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, heating in the rooms and a beautiful fireplace in the living room that will delight its inhabitants at all times of the year. The entrance to the property has a motorized fence, leading to the parking area (for four spaces). The perimeter of the property is closed and has a natural fence that gives privacy to the property. Charging electric cars are not allowed/ No se permite cargar coches eléctricos. This property requires a € 200.00 security deposit.
It will be collected separately by the property prior to your arrival or at check-in. The Security Deposit will be released after the Check-out (7days after the Check-out day) Pets: Allowed (maximum 1). Smoking: Not allowed.
