The sofa in the sitting room can double up as bunk beds for children only.

Many small windows allow for plenty of natural light to illuminate the space, and along with wooden finishes and stylish, vintage touches, create a pleasant, warm ambiance. The "Sleeper" cart is designed with ultimate comforts in mind as its comfortable bed will provide you with all the rest during the late-night evening ride. Lastly, you can freely step out on the "station" and enjoy the lush yard from the patio basked in the sun. â LIVING AREA â Modern, wood-dominated interior design and carefully picked amenities make up for this lovely space.
You will be able to quickly change it into additional sleeping space should the need arise. â Comfortable Sofa (can be turned into an extra Bunk Bed â (Single over Single) â Murphy Dining Table with 2 Foldable Chairs â Kitchenette (Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Basic Utensils) â Wood Burning Stove â "SLEEPER" - BEDROOM â Retreat to the back of this unique railway carriage to get all the rest needed to continue your West Sussex adventure. â Double Bed with Pillows, Linens, and Sheets â BATHROOM â The inviting full bathroom is nestled in the middle part of the carriage and is entirely private and separated from other areas. â Vintage Bathtub â Vanity â Mirror â Toilet â Towels â "STATION" - YARD â Catch some fresh air at the small patio and enjoy the surroundings of the spacious yard.
It provides you with an intimate setting for a romantic dinner under the stars. â Patio Table with Seating for 2 â BBQ â Fire Pit POOL â Guests can book private use of the heated seasonal swimming pool, open from May to September, for an additional charge. The pool is shared between three holiday properties.
To ensure each group has privacy and exclusive use during their swim, the pool is available to book in private 3-hour slots from 9amâ12pm or 3pmâ6pm. Private pool sessions are charged at £75 per 3-hour slot and are subject to availability. The pool is not included as part of your stay. Please contact us separately to request and book your preferred pool session. *Please note, there are several caravan pitches on site, as well as another renovated carriage.
Caravan camping is in a field beyond the carriage and does not overlook the showman's carriage, nor the other accommodation.

The property was a wonderful idyll. Exactly what we were looking for. It was clean and well organised. Host communication was clear and helped us to find the it. Thank you for a lovely stay, the fire pit was a favourite for everyone.

The hosts messaged before and during our stay to ensure all our needs were met. They couldn’t have done more. The train carriage was unique, quirky, clean, attractive and catered for all our needs. It’s within a private, large grassed garden surrounded by countryside.

It was a lovely unique experience. The location is great with the beach only a 15 minutes drive away. We were very lucky to have enjoyed a whole week of glorious warm sunshine so we could take advantage of the huge private outdoor space with lovely peaceful surroundings. The fire pit and outdoor shower were an added extra surprise. Great experience would stay again.
