Here’s a 2 bedroom apartment with amazing panoramic views of the sea and Bognor Regis pier from the balcony at the front of the property. And it’s a property that’s an iconic, listed seafront building with pillars at the entrance that’s been recently refurbished throughout.
The balcony is accessible from the apartment’s open plan living room/dining area and kitchen. This features comfy seating from which you can enjoy that amazing sea view. And the view of the flatscreen TV is pretty good too! There’s also a dining table with room for 4 to sit and enjoy any snacks or meals you choose to prepare in the kitchen that features modern countertops, cupboards and appliances.
One of the two bedrooms is at the front of the apartment, with amazing sea views to wake up to every morning. The second bedroom is at the back, with a double and single bed. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your belongings.
In between the bedrooms is the bathroom, a space that’s been recently refurbished, featuring a tub with shower overhead plus a washbasin and WC.

You’ll have Bognor Beach, the sea and the pier as your near neighbours when you stay here, as this is an apartment located right on the seafront. It’s a short walk to Bognor Regis town centre where you’ll find shops, restaurants and bars aplenty. The promenade outside extends all the way to Middleton, so you can enjoy long walks by the sea. Staying here also gives you easy access to all of the following:
Hotham Park - here’s a popular green space with a miniature railway, mini-golf, putting green, boating lake and a children’s play area. There’s also a restaurant and cafe in an area that plays host to many events all year round.
Beaches - you can see the beach at Bognor from the apartment. It’s one of the many sandy beaches in the area. Others include Aldwick Beach, Felpham Beach, Pagham Beach, and East Beach.
Butlin’s Holiday Camp - it’s just a short walk along the seafront to this holiday camp for which you can get Day Passes to use all its facilities including a brand new indoor swimming pool, arcades and live entertainment. There’s also a fairground with go-karts and mini-golf.
Goodwood - love cars or horse racing? Maybe both? This beautiful venue hosts just a quick drive inland caters for both with events throughout most of the year.
Being based on the seafront means it’s easy to walk to the beach or further along the promenade, or into the town centre from the apartment. Local bus services operate if you’re planning to venture further afield, or you can always hire taxis. And the train station has services to London via Horsham, as well as Littlehampton.
