Known locally as âGodâs Pocketâ thanks to a climate thatâs often milder than the rest of the country, staying in this nautically themed house in West Sussex will not only make it easy for you to reach the sailing club, itâs also close to Chichester and Goodwood.
And thereâs a private parking space right outside. Guests have access to the entire property Quiet hours: 22:00 to 08:00. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
Not suitable for children or infants.

You will have the whole house to yourselves, and exclusive use of the parking space at the front of the property.

Itâs famed for its yachting facilities and sailing club, so if youâre in the region for a sailing event or occasion, staying in this quiet and attractive 1 bedroom house will really make your stay special.
Youâll be able to walk to the sailing club from the house, and handily, thereâs a pub within easy walking distance too. If youâre bringing your car, then youâll have a variety of places close by that you can visit (or order a cab to get there): Goodwood - for the Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood and other race meetings from May to October. Chichester - a popular city for shopping, eating and drinking, and it has its own cathedral too. Chichester Harbour - you can book boat trips here or catch the Itchenor Ferry. West Wittering - there are miles of sandy beaches for the whole family to enjoy here.
You can even enjoy a coastal walk from Itchenor all the way here, one of the many walks you might like to try in the area. Hereâs a quaint and rather unique one bedroom detached house in Itchenor that reflects the region's nautical links.
