It has a lovely 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 75 m² garden.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises - A 35 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Three bedrooms with 1 double sofa bed, 1 sofa bed and 2 queen-size beds (160×200) - Two bathrooms with shower and bath - Two separate WCs For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A beautiful 75 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the house.
