La Dimora del Gelso Rosso is a ground floor apartment just a few steps from the statue of Domenico Modugno and 400m from the famous city beach of Lama Monachile. The accommodation is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi, can accommodate up to 6 people and enjoys an excellent location to reach the main points of interest on foot.
The entrance of La Dimora del Gelso Rosso opens onto a living area with a fully equipped kitchen with gas burners, oven, sink, fridge, dishwasher and table with chairs.
In front we find the mezzanine floor equipped with two single beds. The access to the mezzanine is via a modern staircase with alternating steep steps, not suitable for people with mobility problems or small children.
On the right of the living area there is a double bedroom with two single beds. Beyond the staircase that leads to the mezzanine we find the sleeping area where is located the master bedroom with a double bed and the bathroom with shower.
La Dimora del Gelso Rosso is about 120m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 400m from the famous beach of Lama Monachile, and 3500m from the historic centre of Polignano a Mare. Bari Airport is 50 km away and Brindisi Airport is 82 km far. The accomodation is about 12 km from Monopoli, 17 km from Castellana Grotte Caves, 30 km from Alberobello, 37 km from Locorotondo, 41 km from Cisternino, 43 km from Martina Franca, 50 km from Ostuni, 98 km from Matera and 120 km from Lecce. At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Polignano a Mare, equal to 2€ per day for each person over 14, for the first 7 days.
