Spacious apartment that in 123 square meters hosts up to 6 people with great comfort, thanks to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The accommodation is located in a renovated historic building and is equipped with all comforts, including a comfortable balcony with a small glimpse of the sea and the square. The location is enviable: just 30 meters from the beautiful beach of Arma di Taggia, it is located in the heart of the town center, with all services, bars and restaurants under the house.
The accommodation is located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION, you need to climb the stairs to access it.
The internal space is composed as follows
- KITCHEN with dining table and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle and traditional oven;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa and smart TV
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and internal BATHROOM equipped with toilet, bidet and shower box
- BEDROOM II with double bed and wardrobe
- BEDROOM III with French bed (one and a half square) and clothes rack
- BATHROOM II equipped with wc, bidet and shower box
- SMALL BALCONY with a small glimpse of the sea, equipped with a small table and two stools.
NO AIR CONDITIONING.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, fans, washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).

A 5-minute walk away are bus stops for various destinations in the area.
The train station is about 30 minutes on foot, 5 by car.
The nearest airports are Genoa, about 1 hour and 45 minutes away, and Nice, about 55 minutes away.
The nearest beach is just 30 meters away.
For those travelling by car, street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed).
