Cocoonr offers you this charming 90 m² house in Bernières-sur-Mer, 50 m from the beach with no road to cross.
It can accommodate up to 6 people.
It comprises a 15 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 277 m² enclosed garden.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - 15 m² living room with TV, armchairs, fireplace (not working) and dining area - Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140x190) with private WC - Bedroom 3: two single beds - Shower room Outside: - A beautiful private enclosed garden of 277 m², north-facing with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Beach 50 m along the Promenade des Français (unsupervised) - Water sports (kite surfing, catamarans, windsurfing, canoeing) - Hiking - Cycling (cycle path near the house) - The Promenade des Français, a pedestrian walk along the beach, is ideal for children (cycling, rollerblading) and family outings. - Discover Courseulles-Sur-Mer: Juno Beach Centre, cinema, bowling alley - Aquatic centre at Douvres-la-Délivrande - Abbaye aux Hommes and Abbaye aux Dames in Caen Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Caen, 25 km away - Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, 20 km away - Bus (route 101) from Caen station, stopping 5 minutes from the house.
Other remarks : - Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optics) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - There is no washing machine, but there is a launderette at the Intermarché 650 m away. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
