In Ambres, in the Tarn region, this former village bakery, now a large family home, welcomes you just a stone's throw from Lavaur.
Its location is ideal: close to the A68 motorway, near Albi, Toulouse, the Gaillac vineyards, and in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne.
The setting is both easily accessible and private, perfect for a stay with friends or family.
From the house, you can explore Lavaur and its cathedral, stroll through the farmers' markets, discover the Jardin des Martels, or venture out to the fortified towns around Albi, the rolling hills of the Tarn, and of course, visit Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage city.
With its 300 m² of living space, the house, located in the heart of the village with neighbors, can accommodate up to 14 people.
The ground floor is arranged around an entrance hall.
On one side, a well-equipped and functional kitchen for large gatherings, a convenient shower room with toilet for use after swimming, and a laundry room.
On the other, a lovely dining area with the original bread oven, extending into a cozy living room with a smart TV and a pellet stove (pellets provided).
Upstairs, children will enjoy a dedicated playroom (DVDs, LEGO, games, etc.). 8 bedrooms (6 doubles and 2 singles), each with a desk and storage: - 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a cot - 2 bedrooms with a single bed (120x200 cm) - 5 bedrooms with a double bed (140x200 cm) 3 bathrooms/shower rooms, 3 toilets Outside, everything is provided for your enjoyment: a shaded terrace, a private, secure swimming pool (8x4 m - 1.2m/1.8m deep, covered by a dome), a secluded enclosed garden with a swing, playhouse, games, barbecue, and a shelter with a small refrigerator and griddle for your summer meals.
Also on site: a 60 m² meeting room accessible to people with reduced mobility, with professional equipment: interactive screen, fiber optic internet, bar area, and adapted restrooms.
Family reunions, baptisms, and company seminars are possible; please contact us before booking. /!\ Parties are not allowed - Pets are allowed for an additional fee.
