In Ambres, in the Tarn, this former village bakery has been transformed into a large, welcoming family home just steps from Lavaur. Its location is ideal: close to the A68, near Albi, Toulouse, the Gaillac vineyards, and in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne. Both easily accessible and totally private, it’s the perfect setting for a stay with family, friends, or a professional event.

From the house, you can explore Lavaur and its cathedral, wander through local farmers’ markets, visit the Jardin des Martels, or head out to discover the Albigensian bastides, the rolling Tarn countryside, and of course Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage city.

With 300 m² of space, the house comfortably accommodates up to 14 people.
On the ground floor, the layout is centered around a large entrance hall. On one side: a fully equipped kitchen designed for group meals, a shower room with WC handy after a swim, and a laundry room.
On the other side: a dining room with the original bread oven preserved, followed by a cozy living room with smart TV and pellet stove (pellets included).

Upstairs, children will enjoy a dedicated playroom (DVDs, LEGO, games...).
There are 8 bedrooms (6 doubles and 2 singles), each with a desk and storage:

1 bedroom with 160x200 bed + baby bed
2 bedrooms with 120x200 beds
5 bedrooms with 140x200 beds
Also: 3 bathrooms or shower rooms, and 3 WCs.
Outside, everything is ready for a great time: a shaded terrace, a private and secure swimming pool (8x4 m – 1.2 m to 1.8 m deep, covered by a dome), a fenced garden with no overlook, swing, playhouse, games, barbecue, and a shelter with fridge and plancha for relaxed summer meals.

Also on-site: a 60 m² meeting room (wheelchair accessible), fully equipped with interactive screen, fiber internet, bar area, accessible restroom, and large work table.
