AT012 Menta: Semi-detached house with private pool in the Els Munts neighborhood, just 250 m from La Paella beach.
The house has 4 double bedrooms: on the ground floor there is a bedroom with two beds pushed together (with an air conditioning split) and a bathroom, and on the upper floor there is the second bathroom and 3 more bedrooms, one with a double bed (with a split air conditioning unit) and the other two with 2 single beds (one of them has a ceiling fan).
In the distributor between the bedrooms there is also an air conditioning split.
The living room (with a split air conditioning) and the kitchen have access to the terrace with garden furniture where you can enjoy meals while watching the garden and pool (there is a metal barbecue).
So you can spend pleasant moments in the chillout area of the garden.
The car can be parked in the private garage of the house.
Tenants are allowed to use the ping-pong table in the garage.
Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
