AT307 Canyadell: Beautiful ground floor apartment in a modern complex with a lawn garden and swimming pool, a few meters from the beach of Cala Canyadell.
The house has a living-dining room with an American kitchen and access to a large terrace (partly tiled and the rest with grass) with garden furniture and awnings, where you can enjoy meals in the shade in the open air.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms (one double, the second with a trundle bed that converts into 2 singles and the third with a trundle bed that converts into a double) and two bathrooms (one with a shower en suite with the master bedroom and the other with a bathtub).
All rooms are very bright and have access to the terrace.
For more comfort, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The house has a very large parking space in the underground parking of the community.
The nearest supermarket as well as the historic center of the town are about 1500m away.
In 5 min walk you will find the beautiful beach of Cala Canyadell.
Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.

Espacio perfecto para 3 adultos y 3 niños. Alojamiento con todo el menaje necesario, dos terrazas, electrodomésticos de calidad, aire acondicionado y piscina con tamaño suficiente. La plaza de garaje es enorme. Entrada al garaje.

Wonderfull Appartment, a good Pool and sound climatisation. We enjoyed our stay with 2 adults and 3 Children in the age of 12, 12 and 14. Nothing to improve.
