Cocoonr is offering this 120 m² apartment with a swimming pool for rent in Brignoles, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a 32 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 3,200 m². The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 32 m² living room with dining area - A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet Upstairs (accessible via an external staircase): - Bedroom 2: master suite comprising two separate rooms divided by an alcove, a king-size bed (180x200), a sitting area with a desk and a single bed. En-suite bathroom (with shower, built-in bath and toilet) - Bedroom 3: two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a corner bath/shower and toilet - Bedroom 4: a queen-size bed (160x200), a single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath and toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A swimming pool (private, unheated) of approximately 34 m², open from 1 May to 30 September from 6 am to 11 pm, and fitted with an underwater alarm. - A private terrace of approximately 100 m², facing south, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days - An unfenced, shared garden of approximately 3,200 m² The flat is ideally situated in Brignoles, within a characterful 18th-century property, nestled on a hillside overlooking an oak forest and the vineyards of the valley.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Beaches in Hyères, approximately 55 km away - The Gorges du Verdon, approximately 90 km away - The Calanques of Cassis, approximately 70 km away - Barbaroux Golf Course, 5 km away - Thoronet Abbey, 20 km away - The historic centre of Brignoles, 5 km away Transport: If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the property’s private outdoor car park (6 spaces). As the house is situated in the heart of the countryside, access is via a track that is mostly tarmacked, with the remainder concrete.
Access may be difficult for vehicles with low ground clearance. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Carnoules, 20 km away - Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, 56 km away Other notes: - The flat, terrace and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of guests and have private entrances. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation or on the property - Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are subject to change and weather conditions. - Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner).
