Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 120 m² apartment with swimming pool for rent in Brignoles, which can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a 32 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 3,200 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 32 m² living room with dining area
- Fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed and en-suite shower room with WC
Upstairs (accessed via an outside staircase):
- Bedroom 2: master suite with two rooms separated by an alcove, a king-size bed (180x200), a sitting area with desk and a single bed. En-suite bathroom with shower, sunken bath and WC.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds and en-suite bathroom with corner bath/shower and WC
- Bedroom 4: queen-size bed (160x200), single bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and WC.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) of approx. 34 m², open from May 1 to September 30 from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., equipped with an underwater alarm.
- A private, south-facing terrace of approx. 100 m², with furniture for enjoying fine weather
- An unfenced, shared garden of approx. 3,200 m².
The apartment is ideally located in Brignoles, in a character property dating from the 18th century, nestled on a hill overlooking an oak forest and the valley's vineyards. You'll benefit from all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- Beaches in Hyères, approx. 55 km away
- Gorges du Verdon approx. 90 km away
- Les Calanques de Cassis approx. 70 km away
- Barbaroux golf course 5 km away
- Thoronet Abbey, 20 km

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private outdoor parking lot (6 spaces). As the house is in the middle of the countryside, access is via a road that is mostly tarmac and the rest concrete. Access may be difficult for low-slung vehicles.
As far as other means of transport are concerned, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Carnoules, 20 km away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, 56 km away
