- If you need the sofa bed done, please inform me in advance.
- Latest check out time is 10 am.
- Make yourself at home, all we ask is hat you treat it as you would your own. The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave, i.e. clean the dishes, dispose of food. And please take out the trash - the container is just in front of the building.
- There are other tenants in the building, please don`t disturb them with loud music, etc. You are not alone in the building, please respect the neighbors and reduce the noise after 10 pm, thank you.
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and in the building, 25 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke, thanks for your understanding.
- No pets allowed, unless agreed with us prior to booking.
- Please note there is no shampoo, conditioner, cream and soap.
- The apartment and furniture is handed over in working condition and duly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. In the case that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the change of the lock(s).
