- Here`s all you need to know: Latest check out time is 10 am.
- Make yourself at home, all we ask is hat you treat it as you would your own.
- There are other tenants in the building, please don`t disturb them with loud music, etc. The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave, i.e. clean the dishes, dispose of food.
- And please take out the trash - the container is just in front of the building.
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and in the building, 200 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke, thanks for your understanding.
- No pets allowed, unless agreed with us prior to booking.
- Please note there is no shampoo, conditioner, cream and soap.
- You are not alone in the building, please respect the neighbors and reduce the noise after 10 pm, thank you.
- Right, and finally here`s the fine print: The apartment and furniture is handed over in working condition and duly cleaned.
- The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items.
- In the case that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the change of the lock(s).
