Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.

The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.

If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00

- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00

- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00

- From Parma train station, you can reach the apartment by taking the bus at the "Stazione ferrovia" stop and continuing to the "Strada Cavestro Via Mazzini" stop, about 3 minutes walk from the property.


- If you are travelling by car, you can park for a fee in Piazza Ghiaia or Viale Toschi, a few minutes walk from the property. Alternatively, you can park at the Goito car park, just 8 minutes walk from the property (Euro 2.30 for the first hour and Euro 15 for the whole day).
