Welcome to Bompas, a "Villes et Villages Fleuris de France" (Flowering Towns and Villages of France) town located on the outskirts of Perpignan, offering all amenities and shops, as well as a supermarket.
Take the bike path to the beaches, enjoy the hiking trails, or explore the region's vineyards. Perpignan and Canet-Plage are accessible by bus, with a stop located in front of the cottage.
Immerse yourself in history by visiting the Saint-Étienne church, the convent, as well as the fort and the Templar commandery of Bompas. In July, don't miss the famous Snail Festival!
This bright and modern cottage has a separate entrance accessible via a few steps. Pleasant, air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area, opening onto a private enclosed 12 m² terrace with garden furniture and a gas barbecue for convivial moments outdoors.

Logement conforme à la description,propre,fonctionnel,climatisé,bien situé.Propriétaires très accueillants (corbeille de spécialités et bouteilles d'eau fraîche à l'arrivée),sympathiques et arrangeants. Point fort:Les draps ,les serviettes de toilette et le ménage sont compris dans la location.

Idéalement situé (Supermarché, poubelles, boîte aux lettres, parking), ce logement ne souffre d'aucun défaut. Il est petit mais parfaitement fonctionnel, bien conçu et en état neuf, décoré sobrement mais avec goût.L'accueil de notre hôte a été très cordial et sa présence équilibrée entre disponibilité et discrétion.Une expérience totalement positive.
