There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our staff discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. tobacco smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least EUR 200.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, there is a fair use policy for the utilities that will apply with a limit of EUR 80 included.
For first time use, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish detergent and garbage bag.
Extra keys: 20 euros.

We had a great stay in this flat, the only downsides being damp in the bathroom and bad smells from the drains. Overall, the flat was very pleasant and close to the town centre. The terrace was a plus, as was the relatively peaceful location.

The cottage is very nice but the area in which it is located is quite old and access by car is complicated, I knew it did not have its own parking but in the street it was also difficult to park. As we had no access with the car to the door itself as the street is very narrow and there were parked cars we had to carry the suitcases from 300 meters from the house. Otherwise a pleasant stay.
