Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. Lisbon Portela Airport is a 20-mins drive from the apartment. This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) Located in the Sao Paulo area, this is the ideal home for travelers who wish to explore Lisbon. Welcome to my home! Bright and modernly furnished, this beautiful home is close to many of Lisbon’s top attractions! Designed with open living and dining areas, the home acts as a peaceful retreat after a day out in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including an electric stove, an oven, a microwave and a Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine.
Please note that oil, salt, and pepper aren’t provided in the kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms available.
One bedroom has a queen bed while the other two come with a single bed and a bunk bed respectively.
All the beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink.
Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

Willkommen in Cais do Sodré / São Paulo!
Cais do Sodré ist ein typisches Viertel Lissabons entlang des vielschichtigen Tejo. Einst das raueste Viertel Lissabons, hat es sich nun zum angesagtesten der Hauptstadt entwickelt.
Sodré ist der Name einer Familie aus dem 15. Jahrhundert, der Unternehmen in diesem Viertel gehörten, die immer mit dem Seefahrtshandel verbunden waren. Im Laufe der Zeit wurde die gesamte Gegend, beginnend am Ufer des Tejo bis hin zur Rua de São Paulo, als „Cais do Sodré“ (die Anlegestelle der Familie Sodré) bekannt.

Great stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and a great value. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Check-in was simple and smooth, which made arrival stress-free. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was as listed and rental agency was quick to respond to messages. Check in was easy. Space had basic amenities, no frills, but everything needed for comfortable stay. Would recommend.

Really nice place in a great location, the property itself was great except it didn’t have sufficient towels and other toiletries. The only other downside was the check in process. The company that runs this was difficult to communicate with and the check in link they sent didn’t work.
