Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. São Bento train station is just 10 minutes walk away. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is just a 25-minute drive. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This two-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples looking to stay in the city centre.

The living room is cosy, with a comfortable sofa to relax on and a TV for your favourite programmes.
The area is filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchenette with all the essential utensils to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric cooker, microwave, coffee machine and dining table. The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and hotel-quality linen for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. For your comfort, the space is always professionally cleaned. Please note that there are several stairs in the street leading up to the flat. Enjoy your stay!

Very nice view and perfect location, provided you don't mind climbing a few stairs ;) The heating wasn't working, so it was a bit cold inside in the evening. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay!

The only drawback is the flight of stairs to the flat. The location and the views are worth it.

Perfect location and space to base a few days in the city from. Great views and enough space for two people. Everything was clean, bathroom basic but cannot argue for the price. Would definitely stay there again
