Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The nearest train station, Aveiro station, is just a 20-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 60-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

A washing machine adds extra convenience for longer stays.
The bedroom is thoughtfully designed with modern decor, featuring a comfortable queen bed and plenty of storage space to keep everything organized.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The flat is equipped with everything you need for a stay, but it has a few negative points. Bathroom too small and not tidy enough, not to mention that the drain seemed to be blocked. The pots and pans were dirty, and even after washing there was dirt that didn't come off.

We stayed 3 nights. Great for 2 people. Loved the big windows. Comfy bed. Washing machine was a nice addition. Good equipped kitchen. Location was awesome. Recommend if you are visiting Aveiro.

Great location. Easy walking distance to all of the city sites. Apartment looked like it had just been refurbished and was in excellent condition. Would stay here again.
