Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property.
If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay) Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included) Daily Housekeeping available We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends. There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines. A acesso foi tranquilo pois as chaves se encontravam no cofre na frente da nossa porta de entrada do apto. O apto muito bonito, com as comodidades necessárias para a instalação. Camas macias e confortáveis, achei pequena, mas adaptável pelo período que ficamos. Ficamos no inverno e, portanto, o ambi...
