Registration number – VFT/MA/07689. 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse with the lounge and kitchen / diner on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor level and 1 further bedrooms on the second floor.
All bathrooms have been recently renovated.
This cozy townhouse is perfectly located for a family holiday, just steps away from a range of restaurants, bars and supermarkets and a leisurely 10 minute stroll from the beach and the famous boardwalk.
Access to the community swimming pool is just outside the front door.
PLEASE NOTE: the pool is closed from October - May.
The private terrace is perfect for dining or a barbecue and there is a sunny balcony upstairs equipped with sun loungers.
There is Air conditioning/heating throughout and complementary Wi-Fi as well as a smart TV.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property.
The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.
In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.
If this property is not available for your preferred dates please let us know as we may have a similar property available. ************************************************************************************************* There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata.
A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure.
An outside key box is used when our office is closed.
Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
