Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 39 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - A 39 m² living room with TV, sofa, desk area... - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 5m² balcony to make the most of fine weather The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Place Stanislas, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its exceptional architecture and impressive golden gates. - Parc de la Pépinière: Ideal for outdoor activities, walks, children's play areas, a small zoo... - Nancy Museum of Fine Arts - Lorraine National Opera - Central Market: Discover fresh local produce at Nancy's central market, a perfect place to sample Lorraine's gastronomy. - Visit the old town - Sports activities: several gyms and sports facilities are available in the district, offering activities such as squash... - Cooking workshops and courses and wine tastings, for an immersive experience in the gastronomic culture of Lorraine Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Nancy, about 8 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Metz-Lorraine, about 48 minutes by car. Die Raumaufteilung und die Betten
Heizung war ausgeschaltet, ging dann 3 Stunden und um 22 Uhr am ersten Abend wurde sie wieder ausgeschaltet bis morgens 10 Uhr (angeblich technisches Problem glaube ich aber nicht). Abreise sollte um 10 Uhr sein obwohl wir in der Buchung 11 Uhr stehen hatten. Küche dreckig und verklebt, Kaffeemaschi...
