The location is perfect. At the gates of Paris 16em and the La Défense business district, the apartment is quiet and green. All the shops, restaurants, local market and cinema are at the foot of the building. The neighborhood is secure and really pleasant to live in. 1.0 Km Bois de Boulogne 1.5 Km Porte Maillot / Convention Center 2.5 Km La Defense 2.5 Km Arc de Triomphe / Champs-Élysées The service is easy, pleasant and secure. The metro is a few minutes walk L1 Pont de Neuilly and Les Sablons. line 1, automatic, provides access to all of Paris in a few minutes (Champs Elysées, Louvre, Marais, Bastille, etc.) In the city center of Neuilly, near the Sablons market, Avenue Charles de Gaulle and its many company headquarters). Nice property in easy reach of metro. Great neighborhood with lots of dining and grocery/pharmacy options. No AC made the apartment feel warm on some nights even with the windows open. On 2 occasions during our 8 night stay, the hot water heater quit working, and we were never told why. There is only 1 toilet. No big deal, but it would have been nice to know this in advance.

The apartment was lovely! Located in a cute neighborhood just outside Paris. Very clean & spacious…near restaurants & stores, as well as the bus stop.
