It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 1,500 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 50 m² living room with TV, sofa... - A lounge - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Dining room - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (a 90cm bed and a 120cm bed) and 1 cot - A games room with adjoining storage space - A shower room - Two separate WCs On the mezzanine : - Space with a queen-size bed (160×200), 2 single beds and a hanging net First floor: - Bedroom 3: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 4: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Outside : - A private, heated and covered swimming pool (8x4m). Open from April to October. - A lovely 1,500 m² unfenced garden - A 50 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Plouay, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - 30 minutes from the beach - Lorient town centre is 25 minutes away - Walks or bike rides in the forest - Hiking trails - 18-hole golf course nearby - Velodrome. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private car park (4 cars). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Quimperlé station, about 26 minutes by car. - Nearest airport: Vannes-Golfe du Morbihan airport, about 57 minutes by car. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

We were a family of 7 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6 and a 3month old baby. The property was ideal for our family - the indoor pool was a big hit with the children as was the trampoline in the garden. There was plenty of room for all the family inside and the garden was well equiped for dining out.Chantal was only a phone call away if there was a problem.We would highly recommend this place
