Above Moneglia, in the hamlet Comeglio 4 km from the centre of Moneglia, in an elevated position on a slope, 4 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 10'000 m2, terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, orchard. 50 m long steep, narrow motor access to the house (2 km mountain road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 500 m, bar 4 km, bus stop 130 m, railway station "Moneglia" 4.5 km, sandy beach 4 km. Please note: car recommended.
