The property is located on Giudecca, the largest of the islands in the Venice lagoon, a quiet but well-served residential area, known for its authentic charm, relaxed atmosphere and splendid views of the city.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the lagoon.

- BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet;
- TERRACE with outdoor table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split above the entrance door), independent heating, washer-dryer (in a closet next to the kitchenette), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

Giudecca Island is the largest in the Venice lagoon, located south of the historic center and separated from it by the canal of the same name. - From Venice Marco Polo Airport you can reach the apartment in about 50 minutes, first taking Bus Line 35 to the Venezia Piazzale Roma stop and then vaporetto 4.1 from the Piazzale Roma E stop to the Giudecca Palanca A stop; from there, the apartment is a 5-minute walk away.
