Residenza Marano is a charming new building, located in the town of Cupra Marittima, only 350 mt. from the beach, on the side of the old medioeval town of Marano. The Guest House built with attention to details, good taste and refinement, is located in a large enclosed courtyard, surrounded by green. The structure is divided into seven apartments, each with private entrance, that can host up to 5 people.

They are composed of a living room with a kitchenette, 2/3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

They also have a balcony or a porch for outdoor dining.

From there you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. All apartments are well equipped with appliances (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron, led TV and WI-FI). At guests' disposal: swimming pool with a sunbathing area, gym, private parking area, laundry, Wi-Fi. The Delfino Suite is located on the first floor, east side. The interior furniture is comfortable, cozy and with all the home comforts. Breath the light while savoring a good sea-view coffee and immerse yourself in the gentle tranquility of Residenza Marano. The apartment consists of a separate entrance, double bedroom equipped with a 32" Led TV, a twin bedroom, a Mediterranean style bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, 40" FullHD Led TV and cooking area.

It’s completed by an equipped terrace from which it’s possible to enjoy the panoramic view of the sea and hills.
