It comprises a 50 m² living room (with stove), an open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), an unenclosed 800 m² garden and two 20 m² terraces. - A 20 m² terrace overlooking the fields, facing south on the raised first floor, with jacuzzi and furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A second, shaded, ground-floor terrace of 20 m², also with furniture

The gite is ideally located in Lunac, in very quiet and pleasant surroundings. All essential stores, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are nearby.

Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 4 vehicles).
