Combining authenticity, comfort, and privacy, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the vineyards, olive trees, and surrounding countryside. 3 Bedrooms - Up to 6 people - 3 Private Bathrooms - Air-conditioned master suite with king-size bed, en-suite shower room, and terrace. - Queen-size bedroom with shower room and furnished terrace. - Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Comfort & Interior: - Bright living room with dining area, stone fireplace, and direct access to the terrace. - Cozy lounge with sofas, smart TV, and bookshelf. - Open-plan fully equipped kitchen with full appliances and laundry room. - Air conditioning in the main rooms, thick walls to keep the property cool. Exterior & Pool: - 2,700 m² landscaped grounds with typical Provençal vegetation. - Large furnished terrace with commanding views of the countryside. - Private 14 x 8 m secure swimming pool (alarm), open from May to October. - Relaxation area with sun loungers and gas barbecue. - Private parking. - Bed linen and towels included (including pool towels). Die Villa liegt etwas abgelegen, direkt neben einem Weingut. Wir sind zuerst daran vorbeigefahren, da wir nicht glauben konnten, dass es ein so wunderschönes Anwesen ist, welches wir gemietet hatten.
