Bright and welcoming apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people! The accommodation is in an excellent location in Milan, 750m from the "Brenta" stop of the yellow line of the M3 metro, just 5 stops from the Duomo!
The area is full of services including a Carrefour supermarket open 24 hours a day, a pharmacy open 24 hours a day in Corvetto and bars and restaurants serving Italian and ethnic cuisine in the immediate vicinity!
The 50m2 apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift.
Internally, it is composed of
-LIVING AREA with TV, sofa, split AC, dining table, and KITCHENETTE with hob, traditional oven and microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle
-BEDROOM with double bed, split AC. Access to the balcony.
-BATHROOM with bidet and shower, washing machine
Additional services available to guests: WIFI, A/C with split in the bedroom and kitchen, central heating, iron and ironing board.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Milano Climatic Zone E: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.
