We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest train station and tram stop, Manchester Victoria, is just an 8-minute walk. Manchester Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). We manage several units in this building, so you can choose the one that best fits your needs or book multiple for a group stay.

Really pleased with this one. The location was spot on - easy to get around and well placed for everything Manchester has to offer. The place itself was clean and well looked after, and the host was helpful and responsive throughout. Exactly what you want from an Airbnb. Would happily stay again.

Cool one bed stay, great location, 5 mins walking distance to lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, 10 mins walk into town centre, you are above a pub and it was pretty quiet considering!! We did lots of touristy things and would recommend the river boat tour, old Trafford stadium is worth a t...

Excellent location, spacious and private flat, to consider only that the access is a bit complicated as there are four doors with codes and many stairs without lift, which makes it difficult if you have a lot of luggage.
