The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house with a swimming pool for rent near the sea in Meschers-sur-Gironde. It has a surface area of 190 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 45 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bath and shower) and a 600 m² garden with a terrace and swimming pool. Wi-Fi is included, so what are you waiting for? The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor: - A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with dining area: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: one king-size bed (180×200)
- A bathroom (with shower and double sink) and adjoining laundry room - A separate WC Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 4: children's bedroom with two bunk beds
- Bedroom 5: children's bedroom with two bunk beds - Bathroom (with bath) - Separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, two fridges, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A private, heated swimming pool, 8.5×4.2 m², open from June to September, secured by a bar cover. On request and subject to acceptance, it can be heated outside these dates. - A beautiful enclosed garden of 600 m², facing south-west - A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Meschers-sur-Gironde, in a very pleasant environment. You will enjoy the immediate proximity of all essential shops, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars and the local market. Everything is within walking distance, allowing you to make the most of your stay. Activities: - Cercle Nautique des Meschers (sailing school): kayak and paddleboard hire, about 5 minutes (1.6 km) by car - Family fun park about 4 minutes (1.5 km) by car (bowling, billiards, games, trampoline park, climbing wall, go-karting) - The famous little beach of Les Nonnes with a restaurant and beach bar for aperitifs with your feet in the sand
- Troglodyte sites: Matata and Regulus caves - Talmont-sur-Gironde: one of the most beautiful villages in France, about 8 minutes (5.7 km) away by car - Water sports, kitesurfing, jet skiing and boat hire available in Royan, about 20 minutes (15 km) away by car
- Royan Golf Course about 23 minutes (20.6 km) away by car - La Palmyre Zoo about 29 minutes (27.3 km) away by car - Nearby sites: Cognac (61.3 km), Bordeaux (112 km), Île d'Oléron (66 km), La Rochelle (82.8 km)

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Swimming pool open from June to September. Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming.
