Charming 50 sqm apartment in the center of Riomaggiore, with a large equipped terrace.
It is located on the second floor of a 2-storey building (10 steps to access, NO elevator). The apartment is located in a central area, close to all services, the sea and the train station. The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and large equipped outdoor space. The flat is organised as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, armchair, TV, split A/C and DINING AREA with table for 6 people. - KITCHEN CORNER (communicating with the outdoor area) with induction hob, fridge, moka coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils. - OVERSIZED BEDROOM with 1 double bed (staircase for access) and 1 single bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan. - BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, bidet and toilet. - TERRACE equipped with iron table, sunshade, 2 deckchairs and 4 armchairs. FURTHER SERVICES AT GUESTS' DISPOSAL: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, split A/C (living room), ceiling fan (bedroom), clothesline, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine (in bathroom). Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee). ATTENTION: - Please note the presence of steps both to access the accommodation (NO lift) and to reach the outdoor space of the flat; - The entrance to the building is not independent; - There is heating with split A/C. To reach the property more easily, we recommend the following coordinates: 44°05'57.2 ‘N 9°44'16.5 ’E 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. The property, thanks to its central location, allows you to easily reach all the main services, the seafront areas and the train station. Among the main attractions of the village, we point out La Via dell'Amore, a path that connects Riomaggiore to Manarola; the church of San Giovanni Battista, in neo-Gothic style, built in 1340; and the Castle of Riomaggiore, built in 1260. Main distances: - Church of San Giovanni Battista: 5 minutes on foot; - Castle of Riomaggiore: 5 minutes on foot; - Via dell’Amore (beginning): 10 minutes on foot; - Riomaggiore Train Station: 5 minutes on foot; - La Spezia: 20 minutes by train; - Portovenere: 30 minutes by car. - Bottega Alimentare (grocery): 200 meters; - Bar Zorza: 50 meters; - Ristorante Dau Cila: 200 meters - For those traveling by car, it is NOT possible to reach the house by car and parking is NOT included. It is possible to park on the street in the last two km of the road going down towards the village (it is NOT possible to park in the last 200 meters of the road towards the center because these are parking lots reserved for residents). Alternatively, it is possible to park in the multi-storey car park located near the town center (it is located before the barriers that prevent access to the village). - Pisa airport is 100 km away, a distance that can be covered both by car (about 1 hour and 20 minutes), and by train, with which you can reach La Spezia Centrale station, where you can take the train to Riomaggiore station, about 3 minutes walk from the property. - Riomaggiore train station is 3 minutes walk from the accommodation. Please note: waste disposal will be handled directly by the cleaning company at the end of the stay. Guests are therefore not required to dispose of waste prior to check-out.

This accommodation was in the perfect location. We loved spending time on the lovely terrace and truly recommend it. Would definitely stay here again. The owners were also extremely helpful and always replied to my questions and messages ☺️☺️

The location was great. It was near everything but just far enough away from the noise of the crowds.
The patio was so nice to have for hanging out, drinking coffee and drying clothes.

A fantastic place to stay in the Cinque Terre! A spacious flat with a patio, in an excellent location. Not too many stairs or elevation to climb, tucked right into the Riomaggiore village. Lots of restaurants around, including some of the best pizza, pasta, and gelato! A Coop and other groceries stores near by as well. My wife and I had a wonderful stay here!
