- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, fridge, freezer, combined oven and microwave, moka, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils), dining table and sofa;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed (190x210 cm), clothes rack, TV and PRIVATE BATHROOM (shower box, sink, toilet and bidet);
- BEDROOM 2 with double bed (190x210 cm), clothes rack and TV;
- BEDROOM 3 with two single beds (100x200 cm), clothes rack and TV;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: pocket wifi with LIMITED GIGA, air conditioning (split in the bedrooms), central heating, iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.

Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Rome Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from 8 November to 7 April.
The apartment has a self check-in system, so you can access the apartment independently with the personal link that we will provide you a few days before your arrival.
NB: it is mandatory to complete the registration of documents and the online check-in procedure in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active exclusively until 11:30 pm.
