Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included. Pets are welcome at the chalet. The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A laundry room First floor: - A 70 m² living room with television and fireplace (wood provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, professional dishwasher, gas hob Second floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and with en-suite shower room and balcony - Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed (160×200), plus a single bed on the mezzanine. - Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with bath, shower and WC - A shower room - Separate WC Additional equipment available: Barbecue, plancha, washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside facilities : - A Norwegian bath for 6 people, accessible all year round - 400 m² enclosed garden - A 20 m² terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the fine weather For even greater comfort, linen is provided and your beds will be made up for your arrival. Activities : - The Serre Chevalier ski areas offer downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing. - Hiking, mountain biking, climbing, via ferrata and paragliding. - The Grands Bains du Monêtier, with a spa centre in the heart of nature - Visit the old fortified town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site - Sports, cultural and outdoor activities for all ages and abilities Access and transport : - Briançon SNCF station about 4 minutes' drive away. - Access possible via Oulx station (Italy) with bus link (Resalp) - Nearest airports: Turin (1h30), Milan (2h30), Marseille (3h30) - Private car park on site (3 spaces available) - City bus network 3 minutes' walk from the chalet On site, you'll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ready-to-live-in rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
