In Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande, we offer this charming 85 m² house with wifi (fibre optics) for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
It has a lovely 30 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and a garden of around 20 m².
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation comprises - A 30 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms with 2 single beds and 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - One bathroom with shower - Two separate WCs Outside area : - A beautiful 20 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande, in a very pleasant environment.
