Bright 60 sqm sea view apartment located on the second floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift (stairs and steps to access), able to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
The accommodation is located just 7 minutes walk from the beach of La Sciumara in an area full of services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, in the wonderful town of Palau.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms and two balconies.

The interior space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM I with sea view, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, armchair, access to the balcony II;
- BEDROOM II with three single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and internal bathroom;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, 32" TV, dining table with chairs and sea view desk with chairs, wardrobes, split A/C, access to balcony I;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave oven, various kitchen utensils;
- BATHROOM I complete with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- BATHROOM II (inside the room with three single beds) with sink and toilet;
- BALCONY I with access from the living room with fireplace for cooking;
- BALCONY II with access from the double bedroom with deckchairs and washing machine.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS:
Unlimited WIFI, heating via split, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, blackout curtains.
Children's beds and cribs available on request.

In the city, there are no public bins or recycling centers; instead, door-to-door collection is carried out, so only small amounts of already separated waste can remain inside the house.
Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of EUR 150.00 being applied to the guest.

Tutto, meravigliosa e meraviglioso il mare sotto casa a cui ci si può arrivare a piedi
Non c’era l’aria condizionata nelle camera quindi abbiamo dovuto dormire con le porte aperte lasciando acceso il condizionatore in sala ed avendo una bimba piccola è stato un po’ scomodo

L’appartamento era perfettamente pulito, molto curato e con una bellissima vista. Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole.
Un aspetto sicuramente migliorabile è la mancanza dell’aria condizionata nelle camere, soprattutto considerando il periodo estivo.
