The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 100 m² apartment for rent in Saint-Brieuc, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 35 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with bathtub). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, stovetop, and more
- Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds
- A bathroom with bathtub
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, crib, ironing board, and iron.
Outside:
- A 6m² east-facing balcony with furniture
- A second 6m² west-facing balcony with furniture
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Brieuc, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
- Explore the Saint-Brieuc Bay nature reserve, ideal for watching migratory birds and strolling along the coast.
- Stroll through the Ty Coat garden, a peaceful rose garden with exotic species and a pond.
- Go paddleboarding or kayaking on the Légué, the port of Saint-Brieuc, to discover the city from the water.
- Stroll along the port of Légué, a lively, iconic spot with its colorful quays, restaurants, and fishing boats.
- Walk through the city center to admire the half-timbered houses, sculptures, and historic monuments.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private underground parking lot (one numbered space). You can also park for free on the street nearby.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Brieuc station, 10 minutes away by car
- Nearest airport: Rennes Bretagne Airport, 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
