Some noise disturbance may occur. The property is laid out as follows: - A 21 m² living room with a TV, a double sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including: an electric kettle, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs… - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a walk-in wardrobe - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A 30 m² north-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The flat is ideally situated in Grosseto-Prugna, a 10-minute walk from Porticcio town centre, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (1 vehicle).
