Cocoonr offers you this charming 55 m² flat with mountain views, close to the beach, for rent in Veyrier-du-Lac. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 24 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room.
Linen included and wifi, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 24 m² living room with TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: One double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: Two single beds - Shower room - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot (extra charge to be booked with the owner). Outside: - A 6.5m² south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Veyrier-du-Lac, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Hiking on Mont Veyrier, enjoy a panoramic view of Lake Annecy from the footpaths accessible from the village. - Swimming and paddling: Take advantage of the beach at Veyrier-du-Lac to swim or hire a paddle on the lake. - Visit the town of Annecy - Cycle the green route around Lake Annecy, ideal for all levels. - Visit the Château de Menthon-Saint-Bernard: explore this picturesque medieval castle. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park (several unnumbered spaces).
