Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. Multiple bus stops (126, 194, 388, 475..) are minutes from the property. The nearest metro station, Mairie de Montrouge (line 4), is just a 13-minute walk. The metro station Malakoff—Rue Étienne Dolet (line 13) is 15 minutes away.

This line takes you directly to Les Champs Elysées. Paris Orly Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.

You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents.

These are our most traditional and straightforward properties, ideal for travellers who value functionality, central locations and great value. Welcome to GuestReady Essential located away from the hustle and bustle, but with all the convenience of living in Paris. Just outside the city, you'll find multiple bus stops nearby, and the metro station Malakoff—Rue Étienne Dolet (line 13) just 15 minutes away that goes directly to the Champs-Élysées. Situated on the 1st floor without an elevator, this 20m² studio has what you need for a comfortable stay! Comfortably accommodating up to 2 pax, you'll find the studio is fully equipped with all the kitchen basics needed to prepare yourself a meal, fresh towels, bed linens, and 24/7 guest support to assist you anytime. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. A Note on Expectations: GuestReady Essential aims to provide simple comforts and practicality.

Wifi access is available but it has been known to be unstable at times.
