Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest station, La Défense (RER A, E, L and metro 1), is just a 7-minute walk. Paris-Orly Airport is approximately a 45-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 2nd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 35m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan.
The living room features a large sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favorite shows, a desk and a dining table for two.
There's also a private balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. The bedroom has a double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Please note the flat is not adapted for disabled people. Enjoy your stay! 2nd floor flat with lift in 'the heart of La Defense' (7mins walk from "La Défense" station) and close to La Défense Arena (5 minutes walk).
