Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus stop, Galerie Tatry, is just a 5-minute walk. Bordeaux Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20.

Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.

If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking.

Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors.

Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage. A security deposit will be required for your stay.
