This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.


Out of respect for future tenants and the care we put into maintaining the apartment, it is strictly a non-smoking unit. We kindly ask for your understanding, as the smell of tobacco can be disruptive and may result in a deduction of €300 from your security deposit.
